Egg Hunt Registrations Drawing to a Close

This week marks your last chance to make sure you get to take part in Friday's egg hunt sponsored by the cities of Ballwin, Ellisville and Manchester.

Grown-up lovers of pastel eggs, beware: spots for The City of Ballwin's Adult Egg Hunt this weekend are filling up.

The event is scheduled to take place at 7:30 p.m. Friday at in Manchester thanks to this year's co-operative effort with the City of Ellisville and the City of Manchester.

The window for discounted registrations already has closed, so participants, who are required to be 21 or older, are required to pay a $10 registration fee. Registrations are limited, however, and will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

The event is BYOB; no bottles are permitted. Participants also are asked to bring their own snacks as well as a flashlight to assist with the evening's hunt. The event will include giveaways by local businesses as well as a bonfire at the evening's close.

A kids' egg hunt sponsored by the City of Ballwin is scheduled for Saturday, April 7 at Vlasis Park.
