On Friday November 17, 2017, Ellisville Elk Members, and Carol Meatte from the Manchester Lodge, gathered to fill boxes with canned and dry goods for 11 at Need Families in our Community. On Saturday, Ellisville Elks Members shopped for perishable goods, (Turkeys, milk, butter, and Eggs), for the 11 at need families in our Community. Our Lodge Members then delivered the 11 baskets to those families in our Community. Our Lodge used money from our Anniversary Grant to purchase the perishable goods for this event, but Our Lodge should be very proud, because our Members donated over $400.00 worth of canned and dry goods for the 11 families in our community. That Speaks Loudly to how our Lodge comes together for a worthy cause.
