Ellisville's Allen Roofing Named Top 100 in Nation

was named one of the best of its kind in the nation, according to rankings released Friday by Roofing Contractor Magazine.

The business, which has its offices in Ellisville, MO and Caseyville, IL, had been ranked No. 98 in 2007, but climbed to No. 46 based on last year's business, a statement from the company said.

In the magazine, the businesses named to their Top 100 list were said to have “set themselves apart from the rest of the industry not only because of the revenue they generate, but how they positioned themselves to stay on top.

Lee Allen, company president who established Allen Roofing & Siding in 1972, said strategic planning was key to their growth and success.

"In spite of the economic downturn, we have been able to expand our services, product lines, and more resulting in our positioning this firm as a dominant leader in the area,” Allen said.
