The Ellisville Elks are scheduled to host a barbecue from Friday, May 11 through Sunday, May 13.
The event will open around 10:30 a.m. and run until roughly 7 p.m, though exact times may vary depending on demand. Organizers said Sunday's barbecue tent may close sooner.
