Medicine & More Pharmacy is No More

A sign on the retail front window of Medicine & More's former location at 15870 Clayton Road in Ellisville reads:  "We're excited to entrust your care to Walgreens."

Medicine & More closed operations, as evidenced by the papered-over windows and displayed message that "prescriptions records were moved to the Walgreens at 1302 Clarkson Clayton Center."

Medicine & More was a local, family-owned full-line pharmacy that offered discount prescription services since 1985. In Ellisville, it was located next to Cooper's Paint & Decorating/Benjamin Moore Paints and near the Savers consignment and thrift store.

The retail location also offered customers discounted framed posters, gift cards, wrapping paper, school supplies, party goods, candles, toys, soda, beer and wines. 

Some customers enjoyed Medicine & More's full aisle of antique furniture from the owners' antique store.
