Parkway Grad Transforms Veterans Into Community Leaders This Weekend
More than 80 veterans are gathering this weekend as the latest recruits for The Mission Continues, an organization founded by Parkway graduate Eric Greitens to help veterans after service.

According to a recent posting on Patch, more than 80 veterans are gathering this weekend to begin transitioning from their lives in the military to new their new careers as civilians.

They're the latest batch of recruits for The Mission Continues, an organization founded by Parkway graduate Eric Greitens to help veterans after service.
Founded by Parkway North grad Eric Greitens, The Mission Continues is headquartered in St. Louis and helps post-9/11 veterans transition to new careers, the announcement states.
As previously reported by Patch, Greitens was a Navy SEAL before founding The Mission Continues, an organization dedicated to finding roles for service and leadership at home for post 9/11 war veterans.
Greitens was also just named one of Time Magazine's 100 most influential people in the world in 2013.
