Professional cyclists in town for the Loop de Loop grand prix of bike races will ride with visually-impaired youth on 7.5 miles of the Chesterfield Levee Trail Friday—today.
Children of the Delta Gamma Center will ride tandem alongside members of the UnitedHealthcare Pro Cycling team Friday 3-6 p.m.
Many of the kids are avid racing cyclists, and will be guided by the “sighted pilots” leading them on the Chesterfield Levee Trail.

The ride starts at the pavilion on the west side of Chesterfield Athletic Complex, 17925 North Outer 40 Road.
Pro cyclists include Karl Menzies and Robert Forster, who will ride in the Tour de Grove this weekend.

- 3 - 3:30 p.m. - Welcome and ride kickoff
- 3:30 - 5:30 p.m. - Ride
- 5:30 - 6 p.m. - Meet cyclists.
