Clarkson Valley Named One of Four St. Louis Best 'Burbs' In Nation
The small community, which has a population of about 2,600, came in at No. 74 on the list compiled by Coldwell Banker Real Estate.

Clarkson Valley, a community with a population of about 2,600, has been named one of four St. Louis cities in a new 100 Top "Burbs" List compiled by Coldwell Banker Real Estate.
Clarkson Valley came in at No. 74 on the list. Glendale was the highest-ranked St. Louis suburb at No. 22 on the list, while Ladue came in at No. 28 and Warson Woods at No. 71.
Coldwell Banker Spokesperson Suzanne Mueller told KMOX-AM that it ranked the cities on the list by, "The proximity to good schools, being able to commute by car, a high level of community safety combined with access to high-end suburban amenities, retails, grocery stores, banks.”

Cherry Hills Village, CO, a suburb of Denver, was No. 1 on the list.
