Anxiety is a part of life. However, when it becomes overwhelming we must learn better ways to cope.

Anxiety is significantly connected to stress. Both play important roles in the way we live our lives. We all feel stress and anxiety at different times. However, when our emotions direct our lives instead of us having control over our emotions it is time to examine our coping skills.
The good news is that adopting more effective coping skills is a behavior we can be taught. Often, feelings of stress will morph into anxiety if not dealt with appropriately. Anxiety in and of itself is a feeling to be accepted and not avoided. We will all feel anxious at times. When anxiety is not faced and coped with effectively problems arise.
