In celebration of Mother's Day on Sunday May 13, we asked Patch readers to write a letter to their mother and let us deliver it. This is Melanie Wilmert's letter to her mom:
To my magnificent mother,
Words cannot describe how grateful I am to have you as my mother. I love you so much and appreciate every single thing you do for me.
From running me around to after-school activities when I was younger and supporting my likes and interests, to buying me awesome wardrobes, taking me all over the world and always being there for me, I thank you.
I hope you have a wonderful Mother’s Day, and I’ll see you soon.
