Body Found In Pond At Shaw Park

At approximately 7:45 pm Monday evening, June 21st, a passerby observed an unknown object in the pond at the north end of Shaw Park. Responding officers discovered a deceased male subject partially submerged in the pond. The decedent was recovered & no obvious cause of death was observed. The body was transported to the medical examiner’s office for further investigation.

Officers are actively working to identify the subject. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Clayton Police Department at (314)290-8444.
