Complementary Summer Fitness Classes For Center Of Clayton Members
The schedule begins on May 3.

This summer, Center of Clayton members can enjoy complementary group exercises classes while we introduce a new class structure that will provide a mix of both in-person and digital opportunities. In-person classes will begin on May 3 with this introductory schedule:

Monday
9:30am - Cardio Pump with Reann

6:30pm - Zumba with Priscilla
Tuesday
9:30am - Zumba with Leslie
11:00am - Yoga Basics with Tarraugh
Wednesday
9:30am - Cardio Pump with Liz
5:30pm - Yoga Open Levels with Tarraugh
Thursday
11:00am - Yoga Basics with Tarraugh
5:45pm - Total Body Conditioning with Laura
Saturday
10:45am - Yoga Open Levels with Tarraugh
Reservations are required up to one week in advance and can be made at the Welcome Desk or through our online registration site. Due to current COVID-19 mitigation requirements, classes will be limited to 8 participants, and participants should bring their own mat, yoga blankets and yoga bolsters. Additional classes, including spinning and TRX, will be added later this summer.
PLUS: We have also partnered with FitnessOnDemand to offer access to more than 400 on-demand digital workouts on your computer or mobile device. Center members can opt-in at the Welcome Desk or online registration site.
