12-Week Training Program for St. Louis Half Marathon!

Ready to tackle the St. Louis Half Marathon on Nov. 4?

The St. Louis Track Club and Sports Medicine & Training Center can get you ready with a 12-week program that includes a training plan with weekly runs as well as an optional 12-week progressive weight training program!

  • Orientation is August 9.
  • Progressive weight training sessions begin Tuesday August 14.
  • Long runs will begin Saturday August 18, starting at Forest Park Visitor's Center.
