Clayton Mayor Linda Goldstein will deliver her State of the City speech Wednesday .
The event runs from 4 to 6 p.m. at Armstrong Teasdale's Centene Plaza office, 7700 Forsyth Blvd. She and other city officials will be available to discuss issues affecting the community starting with a cocktail reception that begins at 4.
Goldstein will speak at 5 p.m.
