Clayton's Wydown Forest neighborhood will host a Halloween parade and potluck starting at 5 p.m. Monday, Oct. 31.
The street party will happen at the intersection of Shirley and Oakley drives. Participants are asked to bring a dish to share, and children are invited to participate in a costume parade.
