Laura McCarthy Realtors Building Gets New Life in Clayton

The law firm of Rossiter & Boock plans to move into the former real estate office.

A former Gay Avenue real estate office in Clayton will soon become a law firm, city documents show.

Rossiter & Boock plans to move into 124 Gay Ave., where Laura McCarthy Realtors once operated. The law office currently resides on the ninth floor of the building at 8000 Maryland Avenue, its website states.

The firm will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. It will offer 18 parking spots and additional on-street parking. Minor upgrades planned at the site include painting, carpeting, landscaping, lighting and an accessible ramp at the front of the building.

Rossiter & Boock specializes in estate and fiduciary, personal injury and commercial litigation; and estate planning, probate and trust administration, its website states.
