Tuesday, Oct. 2
A vehicle was stolen overnight from the SSM St. Mary's Health Center parking garage, 6420 Clayton Rd. The victim told police he had parked his mother's car in the garage and found it missing the next day.
Perpetrators smashed the window of a back door in the 10 block of Berkshire Drive. The victim told police she saw two people running from the area shortly after she found the damage. Officers canvassed the area but failed to locate the suspects or additional evidence.
A person was arrested on suspicion of stealing merchandise totaling roughly $200 at Buckle in the Saint Louis Galleria. The person held while police applied for a warrant.
Wednesday, Oct. 3
A person police described as a homeless drifter was arrested after an officer found him sleeping on the front porch of an unoccupied house for sale in the 7700 block of Dale Avenue. The person had been warned not to return to the residence, and the Realty company managing the property confirmed no one should be at the location. The person was held while police applied for a warrant.
