Your child’s P-EBT benefit is based on the school’s report of how much of each month the school was offering in-seat learning from September 2020 to May 2021. If the school was not offering in-seat learning for most of a month, each child will receive $129.58 on his/her P-EBT card for each of those months. If the school was not offering in-seat learning for only some (but not most) of a month, the monthly P-EBT benefit amount is $77.75.

You must fill out an application, print it out and mail it, or save it as a PDF and email it.
