A watch like the most expensive watch you can buy at Timekeepers, in Clayton, was last sold in auction for $34,000.

Jeweler Edward Pernik said the older a watch like this is, the more desireable it is. This Swiss-made Audemars is from the 1950s.

It has a 100-year calendar, which means it takes into account every month and leap year for 100 years.
