One Of The Hottest Tours Is Led By A Different Type of Rock Star!

This tour will be traveling coast-to-coast and performing for over 100,000 educators, school social workers, counselors, and administrators.

A tour that will be traveling to cities coast-to-coast with over 100,000 attendees sounds like it is led by a pretty successful singer or rock star. However, this tour will be hitting alternative venues and performing for only educators, school social workers, counselors, and others that care about the well-being of children and teens. The leader of this tour is Dr. Bryan Pearlman, a veteran educator, keynote speaker, and trainer.

Bryan admits that he has no singing or music ability, “I laugh when people ask me about the tour. They want to know if my talent is in playing a particular instrument and where they can download my music. I usually try to have some fun with these questions before letting them know that this is an educator training tour. I then explain that my wife and kids tell me that I have no rhythm and the worst singing voice ever!”

The tour will take Bryan and his team of trainers to a hundred schools and school districts all over the US. The focus of the tour is helping all students to be successful in school and life. The trainings cover: trauma, challenging behaviors, differentiation, social-emotional items, and other related topics.

The tour concept is something that Bryan and his wife Dr. Lena Pearlman have been planning for several years, “My wife Lena is a mental health therapist in St. Louis. She and I have been discussing ways to combine and leverage our knowledge, skills, and experience to help kids and teens in a big way. We decided that the best way to do this was to hit the road and provide hands-on and research-based trainings for educators. We give them tons of tools, strategies, and interventions that can be implemented right away to positively impact students.”

A recent tour stop in Boston featured Bryan training all administrative staff in a school district, “I was asked to bring the tour to Boston to work with school and district administrators. We focused on trauma, challenging behaviors, and ensuring that all students were successful in school and in life. The energy in the room was amazing as we worked through interactive activities, research, and case studies. I really believe that the staff are ready to lead the charge and carry the momentum forward to help their students.”
