Saturday Funeral Service For Pat Dielmann

The longtime wife of former Creve Coeur Mayor Harold Dielmann died Wednesday.

The funeral service for Pat Dielmann will be at St. Paul's Evangelical Church at 11:00 a.m. Saturday morning.

The church opens at 10:00 a.m. for prayer. The family will greet visitors after the service at a luncheon.

Beloved wife of former Creve Coeur Mayor Harold Dielmann; dear mother and mother-in-law of Susan Turner, Andrew Dielmann, Elizabeth (True) Knowles, Sally (Rick) Logan and Carolyn (Michael) Connolly, dear grandmother of Sarah (Jeffrey) Hightower, Laura and Elizabeth Turner, Drew and Sydney Dielmann, Finn and Payton Connolly, the late Courtney (Drew) Chambers; dear step-grandmother of True J. and Michael (Michele) Knowles, Dawn (Kevin) Baker and the late Kimberly Logan; step great grandmother of Grant, True A., Mason, Carter and Avery Knowles, Justin and Cody Baker; dear daughter of the late Clarence and Stella Hackmann;  dear sister and sister-in-law of Mary and Richard  Browne, Marian Hackmann and the late Bob Hackmann.

   Pat was the devoted matriarch of her beloved family. She was married to her high school sweetheart and the love of her life, Harold, for over 62 years. She was a lifelong/active member of St. Paul’s Church, enjoyed summer family vacations to Grand Haven, Michigan for 46 years, and was recently inducted as a Creve Coeur Squire. Her family will always remember her as a humorous, generous, loyal, thoughtful and faith-minded beautiful person, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, cousin, aunt, great-aunt and best friend.

Services: Celebration of Pat’s life will be held at St. Paul’s Church, 9801 Olive Blvd., Creve Coeur, Sat., Dec. 29 at11:00 a.m. The church will open one hour prior to service. A reception will immediately follow the service at St. Paul’s.
