What Would You Do If You Were Not Afraid

Women who make their dreams into realities do not allow fear to stop them.

Women who feel stuck in an unfulfilling career, relationship or other life draining situations may be fearful of change. Our fears do not have to control our lives. Facing our fears and determining what fuels them is the first step.

I recently worked with a woman who was overweight and it was affecting her health. Every method she tried to loose weight was unsuccessful. After exploration she realized that she was afraid to loose weight, due to past sexual abuse. She said that being overweight was her protection against sexual abuse.

There are many other fears that women endure, which keep us from fulfilling our dreams.
