The Chic Boutique shops at 125 S Central Ave are under new ownership.
That's about the only thing different with the Chic Boutique Salon, which has the offers the same hours and services with the same equipment and stylists.
But there's a new complimentary Chic Boutique Clothing and Accessories store, from owner Sandy Young, next door that celebrated its Grand Opening on July 26.
