Misadventures in crime, including a motorcycle thief calling 911 on himself and a prisoner breaking a sprinkler head.
A prisoner in the St. Louis County Justice Center was charged with damaging jail property on June 2. Clayton Jeffrey Lewistyr Cornelius, 23, of Kansas City, broke the sprinkler head in his cell, allowing the space to flood with water.
