Summerville of St. Andrew’s, a $23 million active adult community, will feature 24 fourplexes or “pocket neighborhoods” with gardens, a stocked lake, walking and biking pathways, and common spaces that include bocce and pickleball courts, fire pits and gazebos. Just before Memorial Day, local dignitaries joined St. Andrew’s leaders to celebrate the first pocket neighborhood taking shape and scheduled to be completed this summer. Older adults and future residents of Summerville look forward to moving in.
