SSM Health has just launched a new, innovative virtual care tool across the health care system, featuring real-time video visits with an SSM Health provider to virtually treat a range of conditions, from minor illnesses and injuries to urgent needs.

This video feature, combined with our existing e-visit tool (previously called Virtual Visit), creates a new service line: SSM Health Express Virtual Care. Together, these offerings will enhance access to care.
SSM Health Express Virtual Care consists of two convenient virtual options to access care on your time. SSM Health Express Virtual Care offers online assessment and treatment for a wide range of conditions, from minor illnesses and injuries to urgent needs. Common conditions treated include:

SSM Health Express Virtual Care is available to anyone – whether you're an established SSM Health patient or seeing us for the first time, we've got you covered. Choose the option that’s right for you.
Video Visits Now for Urgent Needs
You can connect with an SSM Health provider over video now to address and receive treatment for urgent and non-urgent medical conditions. An SSM Health MyChart account is required for a video visit and is very simple to create. The cost is $49 or subject to co-pay and deductible if filed with insurance.
Diagnosis & Treatment with E-Visits
SSM Health Express Virtual Care e-visits are a quick, affordable and convenient way to connect with trusted SSM Health providers and receive treatment for common, non-urgent medical conditions. The cost for an e-visit is $39.
