Car And School Bus Collide, Multiples Injuries

FLORISSANT, MO — A car collided with a school bus at the intersection of Halls Ferry Road and Parker Spur this morning around 8:15. The bus was attempting to make a left turn, police said, but couldn't make the turn before colliding with a car driving straight. The bus was carrying children to Halls Ferry School at the time of the crash.

A woman and her 4-year-old daughter were in the car and both were critically injured. Some students on the bus were taken to the hospital with minor injuries or as a precaution. The bus driver was also injured.

Accident investigators have not said who was at fault for the crash.
