Chimi’s Fresh Mex Might Be Headed to Florissant This Fall
Florissant City Council takes its final vote on the sit-down Mexican restaurant Monday night.
A new restaurant could be moving into 520 N. Highway 67 this fall.
The Florissant City Council will take a final vote on Chimi’s Fresh Mex Monday night.
The council heard the public hearing for the restaurant at its June 24 meeting. The restaurant currently has a St. Peters location and looks to expand in the area.

If approved, it could open in early September.
The council will also consider a $33,000 appropriation to fix a lightpole damaged during the April 10 storm.

The meeting has been moved to the Government Center while the air conditioning is fixed in City Hall.
