Community Resource: Hazelwood District Opens Daycare for Families

Although the Hazelwood School District is closed due to the storm today, the district has opened their doors to those families affected, according to the district’s Facebook page.

The district is offering daycare services to those families in the district affected by the storm.

The services will be provided at the Galactic/Early Childhood Center on New Halls Ferry Road in Florissant.

Interested parents are asked to enter through the center’s entrance and complete the registration information.

The daycare will be open 1-7 p.m. today for the ages of 3-12. Social workers will also be on hand to talk to children as needed.
