Ferguson-Florissant Welcomes Its Students with Back-to-School Fair

With the first day of school next week, the district will prep students with fun and information.

Before students enter school hallways next week for the first day of school, Ferguson-Florissant School District will welcome its students and parents back with its Back to School Fair.

The festivities will take place Saturday, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at the district’s Administration Building.

The day will have all of the district’s 23 schools there to present information to parents and students to help prep for the 2013-2014 school year, but there will be fun with games, food and giveaways.

“Our back-to-school fair is an opportunity for our students and their parents to gain information that will help them plan for success in the upcoming school year,” said Ferguson-Florissant Superintendent Art McCoy said in a press release. “It’s also a chance for everyone to enjoy some fun activities and get excited about returning to the classroom.”

The first day of school is Aug. 12.
