Get Fit with This Upper Body Workout Routine

We love to encourage others to get fit because we are on a journey to a healthy lifestyle ourselves. 

This upper body routine can be done just about anywhere and it’s equipment free. It’s only 20 minutes but we guarantee that by the time it’s over you will feel the burn and see the sweat. We recommend that you take a 30 second to 1 minute break between each set.
