Andrew Harris Wins In Florissant's First Ward

FLORISSANT, MO — Andrew Harris has won a first ward city council seat in Florissant with 69 percent of the vote.

As of 7:00 p.m., when the polls closed, countywide turnout was at about 13.4 percent, according to the St. Louis County Board of Elections.

Mildred Clines, a special inspector for Ameren Missouri; AT&T systems technician Brian Scott Ebert; and chief clinical officer for St. Vincent Home for Children Courtney Graves are competing for a seat on the Ferguson-Florissant School Board. Right now, Graves is ahead with 40 percent of the vote.
