Rally's is Coming Back to Florissant, Council Gives the OK

Rally's Hamburgers will move back into its old location at 2182 North Highway 67 at a corporate-owned store instead of its former existence as a franchise.

Rally's is back. The fast food restaurant will be moving back into it's old location in the form of a corporate-owned establishment after some renovations. 

The Florissant City Council gave a final nod on the measure at Monday's meeting. It was introduced earlier in the month. See: Florissant Rally’s Could Move Back into Town Soon

Since the Rally's franchise closed several years ago, the buiding has been a few fast food locations but hasn't seem to work out. The planning and zoning commission approved the land use petition in July. 

Petitioner Michael McCall said the new Rally's would hold a more modern and contemporary feel with its new design. Rally's will install new curbing, new dumpsters, re-paint and re-seal the parking lot and refurbish the lights and plant new landscaping features.
