The Shoppes at Cross Keys Bought for $53 Million

The Shoppes at Cross Keys has a new owner.

The Realty Associates Fund X, L.P. bought the entire development, set at the corner of North Highway 67 and New Halls Ferry Road, for $53 million earlier this month, according to a press release.

The Sansone Group redeveloped the shopping center in 2004 and has been the leasing agent and property manager for the development ever since. The group will continue its management and leasing duties under the new owners, according to the release.

“By bringing in national tenants like Home Depot, OfficeMax, Pier 1, PetSmart and others, we were able to raise the bar for future development in the area, and add value to the community,” says Jim Sansone, a Sansone Group Principal.
