Despite a rainy Sunday afternoon, families, friends and other supporters turned out under the Knights of Columbus pavilion to hear the winners of the 2013 Valley of Flowers festival. 

Although many awaited the results of the 2013 Valley of Flowers Queen's court, festival organizers handed out a number of other awards.
