Classes Starting Marks Turn of Season for Hazelwood

Here are five things to know about happening in Hazelwood this week.

This marks the first week of school for students in North County, more specifically first thing Monday morning in Hazelwood School District.

This week seems like a great week for the outdoors with temperatures in the 70s and 80s throughout the week.

The Hazelwood City Council will have a public work session Aug. 14 at City Hall.

Since school is back in session, White Birch Bay will only be open on weekends until its seasonal closure in September.

Grab a lei and join residents for the annual Hazelwood Luau Saturday in White Birch Bay Aquatic Center, 7 p.m.
