Notice is hereby given of public hearing to be held before the Hazelwood Board of Adjustment on Monday, February 8, 2021, during their meeting beginning at 7 p.m. In response to the coronavirus pandemic, this meeting will be held by Zoom on-line video conference and can be accessed from a PC, Mac, iPad, iPhone, or Android device athttps://us02web.zoom.us/j/85737473644?pwd=RWczR2Zwa29Xazd6Y0ZLemV1WHBndz09 or by phone at (312)626-6799, Meeting ID: 857 3747 3644 and Password: 284318.

The Board of Adjustment will consider the petition by Alan and Keasha Orban to permit a detached garage that is 140% of the ground floor area of the residence at 1112 Woodcrest Lane where accessory buildings may not be larger than 50% of the ground floor area of the principal building.
