Notice is hereby given of public hearings to be held before the Hazelwood Board of Adjustment on Monday, June 14, 2021, during their meeting beginning at 7 p.m. In response to the coronavirus pandemic, this meeting will be held by Zoom on-line video conference and can be accessed from a PC, Mac, iPad, iPhone, or Android device at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84830893617?pwd=V1U2bW50aGttMi85NkwwNnErUkZUUT09or by phone at (312)626-6799, Meeting ID: 848 3089 3617 and Password: 056266.

The Board of Adjustment will consider the following petitions:

• Gujarati Samaj of St. Louis, Inc. – 24 Foot Variance of the Required 30 Foot Front Yard to Permit Construction of a Building Addition at 210 Fee Fee Hills Drive
• Richard and Dionne Townsend – Five Foot Variance of the Required 30 Foot Front Yard to Permit Construction of a Fence at 3 Contessa Court

All persons having an interest in these matters will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written comments may be submitted to Hazelwood City Council, c/o City Clerk, 415 Elm Grove Lane, Hazelwood, MO 63042 or CityClerk@hazelwoodmo.org with “June 14 Public Hearing” in the subject line.
