Notice is hereby given of public hearings to be held before the Hazelwood Board of Adjustment on Monday, November 9, 2020, during their meeting beginning at 7 p.m. In response to the coronavirus pandemic, this meeting will be held by Zoom on-line video conference and can be accessed from a PC, Mac, iPad, iPhone, or Android device at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88947744944?pwd=UVBMU1VKeTdxeDNBU1JJTzhKUm52dz09 or by phone at (312)626-6799, Meeting ID: 889 4774 4944 and Password: 623356.

The Board of Adjustment will consider the following petitions:
- Tool Specialties Company – 18 Foot Variance of the Required 30 Foot Front Yard Setback to Permit Construction of a Building Addition at 128 Ford Lane
- NorthPoint Development – A Variance to Permit an Open Mesh Fence with a 23 Foot Front Yard Setback at 133 James S. McDonnell Boulevard Where Such Fences Are Prohibited Between the Front Building Line and Street Right-of-Way
All persons having an interest in these matters will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written comments may be submitted to Hazelwood City Council, c/o City Clerk, 415 Elm Grove Lane, Hazelwood, MO 63042 or CityClerk@hazelwoodmo.org with “November 9 Public Hearing” in the subject line.
