Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held before the Hazelwood Board of Adjustment on Monday, September 14, 2020, during their meeting beginning at 7 p.m. In response to the coronavirus pandemic, this meeting will be held by Zoom on-line video conference and can be accessed from a PC, Mac, iPad, iPhone, or Android device athttps://us02web.zoom.us/j/84278333199?pwd=M1l3Vy9rcWVLSHFoNjFTUDZEVXdLdz09 or by phone at (312) 626-6799, Meeting ID: 842 7833 3199 and Password: 953840.

The Board of Adjustment will consider the petition by Melissa Marsden for an 11-foot variance of the 30-foot front yard setback requirement at 241 Flora Avenue to permit construction of a privacy fence.
