Hazelwood Woman Involved in I-270 Crash
A three-car crash on I-270 near Missouri Bottom Road leaves on with minor injuries.
A Hazelwood woman avoided injury Monday after following a three-car accident on Interstate 270 near Missouri Bottom Road.
Emma Burton, 19 of Hazelwood, drove along I-270 along with two other cars, and all slowed for traffic, according to a Missouri Highway Patrol report.
Burton swerved to avoid collision and struck a 2008 Dodge Ram truck, which then struck a 2005 Saturn Ion. The driver of the truck suffered minor injuries and was taken to DePaul Health Center.
No other injuries were reported. All drivers wore a seat belt, according to the report.
