Notre Dame vs. Alabama BCS National Championship Predictions

It's NCAA football bowl season, which means thousands of St. Louis-area will be glued to their television—or frequenting their local establishment—to cheer on their favorite college football team.

BCS National Championship Game: Notre Dame (12-0) vs. Alabama (12-1)

Jan. 7 at 8 p.m. on ESPN 

Local Connection: De Smet Jesuit's Andy Bauer, a junior offensive lineman, and one of the top prospects in the class of 2014, has been heavily recruited by the Crimson Tide. He was a guest of Alabama at the Iron Bowl game vs. Auburn last week.
