Storm Rips Through North County, More Than 5,000 Lose Power
Many people are without power Thursday night after wind and rain came through North County.

After brutal winds and rain passed through the North County area Thursday evening, more than 5,000 residents, including in Hazelwood have no power.
According to the Ameren Missouri Outage Map, more than 5,000 residents have lost power due to the storm.
In Hazelwood, the map only shows a few without power. Many of the outages are in Florissant with more than 3,000 without power.
de.lish Cheesecake Bakery and Cafe owners decided to shut down after they reported a downed power line in front of the restaurant and no power, according to its Facebook page.
