Senior Star Ranked in Top 10 on Fortune's Best Workplaces List

Employees describe their work as having special purpose and meaning

Senior Star announced today that it has, once again, achieved a Top 10 ranking on Fortune magazine’s list of 50 Best Workplaces for Aging Services. In response to a nationwide survey, Senior Star employees described their sense of pride in serving residents and their families, and credit Senior Star as a place where one is inspired and empowered to go above and beyond their daily job duties. Respect, camaraderie, being valued and inclusion were among the employees’ top workplace highlights.

“When I speak about inclusion, what I’m talking about is a sense of belonging,” said Senior Star CEO Anja Rogers. “The diverse people who choose to unite and serve with Senior Star make a positive difference in helping each other feel they are working right where they belong. It’s a special part of what makes it a great place to work for all.”

The survey cited above is America’s largest ongoing annual workforce study conducted by Great Place to Work in partnership with Fortune magazine.
