South Kansas City Resident Awarded Scholarship to WGU Missouri

Kristen Nall was recently surprised with a $2,500 Sage Scholarship to the fully online, nonprofit university

South Kansas City resident Kristen Nall was recently surprised with a $2,500 Sage Scholarship to WGU Missouri. The scholarship is named for WGU’s mascot, Sage the Night Owl, and is available to help make the decision to enroll at WGU a little easier for students.

Nall, a vocal music specialist at Lewis and Clark Elementary School in the Liberty 53 School District, is pursuing a Master of Education in Learning and Technology from WGU Missouri. She was virtually presented with the scholarship on October 30 by WGU Strategic Partnerships Manager Jim Chandler.
