For smart devices, such as androids, the Kindle Fire, Nook HD, and iPads go to your app store and download the free app “Overdrive Media Console” to get started today. For other devices, such as Kindle Paperwhite, Nook Simple Touch, and other e-ink devices start your search for Overdrive books on a computer at overdrive.mlcstl.org then transfer downloads wirelessly or using a USB cord. Items from Overdrive can be checked out for up to 3 weeks, there will never be any fines associated with books from Overdrive as they automatically expire, and each library card can have 10 items checked out.
