Dyess will have on display a portrait series done for the Civil Rights Walk of Fame and other illustrations of black history. Belford's work features the illustrations he created for the book he wrote “Devil at the Confluence,” which is about St. Louis pre-war blues and jazz legends and their music.
Beginning at 6:30 p.m., there will be a Martin Luther King Jr. Worship Celebration in the sanctuary with music and participation from Affton Christian Church, Centennial Christian Church, Memorial Boulevard Christian Church and Union Avenue Christian Church.
