Go Crazy! ....For a Smoothie in a Cardinals Cup?
The promise of one free beverage in a collectible Cardinals cup has one businessman's Facebook page going crazy.

Are we crazy for the St. Louis Cardinals? Ummm, yeah. You could say that.
That's what Jeremy Kubicek, who owns the Smoothie King in Kirkwood, learned when he decided to try and juice the numbers on his Facebook page on Friday by offering one — yes, just one — free smoothie in a collectible Cardinals tumbler.

"Yes, this is all for ONE free smoothie, albeit in that sweet Cardinals tumbler," Kubicek told Patch. "I apparently stumbled upon some magical combo of Cardinals tumbler + spring timing + free smoothie + Contest rules."
His goal was to increase "likes" on that page, and increase them he has. He was at 631 by Friday afternoon—nearly 50 percent over his number a day earlier.

By Saturday morning, nearly 400 people had "liked" the smoothie post and more than 1,000 had shared it.
