Hilliker Corporation Helps Local Insurance Agency Expand

Insurance company buys Kirkwood, Mo. property, moves back to neighborhood

Hilliker Corporation, a St. Louis owned and managed commercial real estate company, helped a commercial real estate buyer with his very first purchase.

The Crismore Agency of Nationwide Insurance recently bought a nearly 3,200-square-foot office building at 117 W. Woodbine for $555,000. Owner Matt Crismore’s insurance agency will occupy the second floor while current tenant Med Tech Resources will remain on the first floor.

The Crismore Agency specializes in homeowners, auto, life & financial, and business insurance. Founded in 2009, the agency is moving back to Kirkwood after three years of being located in Crestwood.

“We have rapidly grown over the past seven years, and we wanted to return to Kirkwood where our company first began,” said Crismore. “We are excited to rejoin the community and are really enjoying our beautiful new office space.”

Hilliker Corporation broker Jon Wilsonholme represented the buyer, Grizzly River Holdings, LLC and Schlafly Corporation represented the seller, M & M Investors, LLC.
