Scratched cutting boards shall be resurfaced or discarded. Women's restroom has carpet on floor and absorbent ceiling tiles. Floors, walls, and ceilings shall be smooth, easily cleanable, durable, and non absorbent. Correct by Dec. 2013 or next routine inspection. Kitchen walls soiled with food debris.
